Location not far from Gata 13 bus stop, only 10 minutes walk away. We liked staff and rooms here. Just a walk down to attractions, including the mirogoj cemetery. Novi Zagreb district certainly deserves to be visited.

Communist-era cookie-cutter hotel trying to upgrade. Nice staff. Quiet location. Cheaper than downtown.
Tiny beds, cramped showers, creaky appointments.

The hotel was conveniently located to the airport and the city. The desk staff were very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good.
The temerature in the room was too hot and it was not possible to adjust the thermostat. Even after a call to the front desk the room was like a sauna.

It was very cheap, the conference facilities are new and very beautiful, the rooms have an option for single occupancy that is reasonably priced, they are clean...
The hotel is in the middle of nowhere next to the railway cargo depot, which is not optimal (loud noises, bad road to the hotel), but for the price (30eur per night) is still great value.

It was close to the airport. The staff was kind and helpful and they made us sack lunches since we had to leave before breakfast.
The carpets and chairs were stained. The hotel appears old and run down. It is located next to train tracks so you hear the trains during the night. There's not temperature control in the room and our room was too warm to sleep comfortably.

1. The staff was rude. My room was very hot and my window would not open (no air conditioning). When I asked the service desk for help, she laughed at me, saying, "You can't open your window?" As if I were an idiot. 2. The breakfast was unimpressive. The coffee tasted like instant. 3. The hotel is not convenient to public transport.

I think the only good thing at this hotel is breakfast but unfortunately very dirty tablecloths held a few days!
Very noisy, can not sleep at night because of triage in Zagreb which is about 200 m from the hotel, high heat, no ventilation conditions, although the reservation booking write very clear that city tax is included in the price, the receptionist said don't interes what write to the booking and is necesary to pay city tax 7 kuna/adult, 3.5 kuna/child, dirty tablecloths in the restaurant while I was among the first we had breakfast, hotels can be classified within one star.

Close to motorway, friendly stuff speaking english, relatively clean room, wi-fi although it was only at the reception, price
The smell and the whole neighbourhood which seemed to be unsafe, no attended car park, no wi-fi in the rooms

We chose this hotel because of its price and location close to the airport as we had an early flight the next morning. There are no shops and transportation nearby so it only suits guests with a car. The hotel is in an old building, the rooms a little grubby and wifi is only available in the lobby. Our main issue was the heat in the room which made it almost impossible to sleep (no air-con), but I guess you get what you pay for...
